How to handle req. for chronological sorting in report card?

Based on https://answers.launchpad.net/schooltool/+question/267886 and https://answers.launchpad.net/schooltool/+question/268836, I have 12 sections (one for each month) and 12 courses (one for each month).

This works out well, except that the courses are sorted alphabetically on a report card. Which is perfectly logical if not for the reasons above that we're gaming the system so to speak to have each course actually be a month - and so you get things like April coming up before February: http://i.imgur.com/j7AIBJ9l.jpg

I'm not sure what the best solution is here, maybe you guys have some thoughts?

Well, as a quick workaround, you could append numbers to the course names (1-January, etc.), which is a little ugly, but would work. In the end you may just need to pay for a custom report card.
