Sign in & out times report

When I generate the sign in & out times report (an option I see for a group), the times in the report come out blank. How can they be filled?

That is just a simple report to generate a manually filled out sign in/out sheet. It doesn't do anything automatically.

Where can one find the data entry location for this report?

Actually, there is not a place to do so. It is just a simple report a school asked for so we included it in the main distribution.
