add a plugin

When create a new instance of SchoolTool, it doesn't include any extra plugins.

Do I have to do this manually and how do I. I see that each instance contains an empty folder named plugin. What is it there for?

You can, in theory, add plugins there, but in practice we aren't using that method at this point. We've been adding new functionality via Ubuntu packages.
