Activating additional reports

Hi
Maybe I've missed something in the docs but I can't understand how to run the additional reports i.e. absences by day report or a general attendance report.

Hi Gideon,

We've actually been working on a page on reports for the documentation that should be up this week. The context for the attendance report is currently the journal. That is, navigate to the section, then to its journal, and you should see the relevant reports for a section. The aggregate attendance reports are accessible from the year context, which you need to navigate to by clicking on the year title just under the row of tabs on the School page.

We are also in the process of redesigning the School page to make this more clear.

Hi Tom

Many thanks for that. Is there a report for a day that shows attendance? I.E. a rollcall report per section? This would be handy for emergency situations where there is a need to ensure that all pupils in attendance are present when evacuated and there teacher can tick them off?

Yes... it is also somewhat hidden on the Year page as I describe above. Absences by day.
