I need you, the student see letter grades in the same way that the teacher writes them on the notebook.
Not so, as seen in the pictures, is there any way I can?

Do you mean, you want students to see each other's grades? No, there is no way to do that now.

Excuse me, I'm not explaining well.
I want the students to see their own notes but in letters.
I do not want to be seen in numbers as now, like this:
3 / A when it is called with A.
2 / A when it is qualified with B
1 / A when it is qualified with C
I want the student to see:
A when it is graded A or
A / A when scores with A
