Upgrade from 2.1 to 2.6 - Missing Journal & Gradebook

We have just completed an upgrade of Schooltool from version 2.1 to version 2.6. This included a transfer to a new upgraded server and a copy of the old database. We can now enter Schooltool no problem and our data is all intact, however we no longer have the option for the Journal or the Gradebook. The only options we have are:

1) for a teacher: Home, Calendar & Interventions
2) for an Admin: Home, Calendar, Intervention, Server, School

Please let me know if there is something I need to activate or install to enable those features once again.

Try 'sudo apt-get install python-schooltool.gradebook python-schooltool.lyceum.journal'

It appears that this has solved our problem. I will test to make sure, but the modules now appear to be available.
