Accessing Journal as a Clerk / Accediendo al Diario como administrativo

HI,
I`m currently testing SchoolTool.
Teachers take assistance in class on a paper sheet. Later a clerk should get the attendance into Schooltool.
I need to replicate this in schooltool.

I have changed permissions in Server -> Security -> Journal -> Access Rights
    Journal
               (x) Clerks and the instructor of a section can edit a section's journal.
                      Only the instructor of a section can edit its journal.
The problem is that a Person in the Clerks group can not see nor Access thus modify the journal.
What is the best way to accomplish this?

Me encuentro probando SchoolTool.
Los maestros toman asistencia en clase utilizando una planilla en papel, mas tarde un empleado administrativo debería cargar estos datos en Schooltool.
Necesitaría replicar esta forma de trabajo en Schooltool
He cambiado los permisos en Servidor -> Derechos de Acceso -> Diario

El problema es que un Persona en el grupo Clerks no puede visualizar ni acceder al Diario y por consecuencia actualizarlo.
Cual sería la mejor forma de hacer esto?
