I uploaded a school logo and i want to delete/change it but kept having server errors

Asked by Tobi Alabi

I uploaded a school logo and i want to delete/change it but kept having server errors. I also realize that i can't change the school name again too because the same error message keeps popping out.
...TypeError: There isn't enough context to get URL information. This is probably due to a bug in setting up location information...
I really appreciate the work done to develop schooltool upto this level but i believe there should be a stable! stable!! version void of bugs and errors. In a developing country, nobody appreciate or invest in information system that keeps having one issues or the other per time. I have purposed in my heart to be involve in integrating schooltool into various school in my home country and also support the open source community based on benefits i get from rendering such service. However, i am skeptical about the entire schooltool experience or i'm i being on reasonable? *dunno. i actually thought i have found the perfect student information management system after 3years of research << Kindest regards.

Thanks Tom; I presently use Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with schooltool 2.1-ppa as default but i have upgraded it to schooltool 2.6-dev via the Ubuntu terminal since the APT line didn't work. can i still do further updates for schooltool 2.6-dev in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS?

The fix is now in the https://launchpad.net/~schooltool-owners/+archive/dev PPA and this is the place to get the latest release of schooltool.

Sorry it took a week as we fixed a few more bugs before pushing this out.

Can you help with this problem?
