What you need to do is set up the demographics, then export a spreadsheet, which should include your custom fields (as opposed to just downloading the standard blank one).

Thank you for the quick response. I did exactly what you sugest. I exported by School/Reports/export XLS, I deleted all the other spreadsheets and the content of people spreeadsheet (unless the header). Included my new studant and import. But it did not work.

Thank you for your help.

Did the new spreadsheet include columns for the custom demographic data?

Yes, all of them... to test it I just changed all data of an existent student, to fill the correct cells . The only fields that were imported were general information.

Thank you for the attention.

I was unable to reproduce the bug with the steps indicated. Could it be that there are more steps necessary to create it? I'm not sure what is meant by 'I deleted all the other spreadsheets and the content of people spreeadsheet (unless the header)', so perhaps I'm missing something there. What I did was exactly as Tom suggests, and I do, in fact, get the new custom demo data into the student.

Ok, maybe I am doing something wrong.

1. At School / Report / Export as XML I exported the school content

2. At the xml file I used only the "Persons" with the header to input the new student data. I deleted "School Years", "Terms",...... and the existing students data.

3. My server is not in production. If you want an access to use it to test, please, send me an email at <email address hidden> and I will send you an admin account password.

Thank you for the attention end sorry my english

Perhaps you could attach the exported spreadsheet minus actual person data?

To solve the Problem:

All you import are people, if the demographics is only for students, then you need to include new People to the student group to see the fields.

Thanks for help
