Running Multiple School tool in Web Hosting

Hello,
We have a non profit that is providing hosted School System solution to the community schools. They are using Virtuemin for client web hosting. However Schooltool comes packaged with its python web server. We are using Apache webserver.
Are there examples how to create/setup different schools using Schooltool 2.0 in a single Ubuntu Linux Server install which is running Apache web server?
