How can I install sbackup?

A:
You can install sbackup in two ways:

1. using the Personal Package Archive (PPA) of the sbackup Maintainers (aka sbackup-team):
Follow the instructions on https://launchpad.net/~sbackup-team/+archive/stable. Add the repository to your software sources as described there. Then you can install sbackup very easy using the Synaptic package manager. Furthermore, if you choose this method, sbackup is automatically updated as you are used to when new versions are available. This is recommended for most users.

2. from source:
Download the source tarball from https://launchpad.net/sbackup/+download and follow the instructions in the README and INSTALL files. This method is only recommended for experienced users.
