Account tab in preferences

I'm using the newest sameplace on Thunderbird 2.0.0.19. Whenever I have a look at the "Accounts" tab in the "Preferences" menu, there are no accounts shown, although I have a Jabber and Sameplace account running. Also nothing happens when clicking the "Add Account" button.
I suppose this shouldn't be that way. Any ideas why this is?
