SamePlace is a Jabber client. So, if you need to connect to other IM networks from it, you should to use transports (Jabber <---> MSN for example). "sameplace.cc" server has transports for MSN and AIM, but due to technical limitations, they are semi-private and available only for users of sameplace.cc Jabber server. To obtain account on server you should to use Account Wizard.

First step: Open "Tools" (Icon with Magician's Hat in SamePlace's toolbar) -> "Account Wizard" it will ask for service to connect. Choose "SamePlace" (it's 3rd, with blue icon). Set desirable account name and twice type password. Click on "Next" button and wait a few seconds. If anything is correct, it will show final screen with question to connect now.

Second step: Open "Tools" -> "Account Wizard" and choose MSN. It will ask for MSN ID and password [twice]. If everything is right, it should add "msn.sameplace.cc" address in roster and start to load list of users from MSN. If you delete (Right Mouse Button -> Remove) this address from roster, it will delete list of users.

"Plan "B"": in case, if you don't want to use transport on sameplace.cc and know better transport (and already has another Jabber account) to MSN and/or other IM services. You may choose "Tools" -> "Import Contacts..." (3rd point in "Tools" menu). It will ask for address of transport and after for Username/Password. When you complete it, it should to load list of users.

That's all!
