Just click on semi-transparent area with "<<" symbols

I understand this and know, but in my case this feature does not work. For example try to join into my own jabber conference: не.жужжи.насекомое@conference.jabber.snc.ru and you see, that chat is flooded enough, but nobody you can see by "<<". Help me please, or I need to comeback to lovely Tkabber.
