You will need some transport, which provides connection between Jabber and Yahoo (unfortunately, i don't know where you can find it :( ). If you know it's address, then open "Tools" (Icon with magician's hat) -> "Import Contacts" -> Enter address of transport into pop-up window. After that, enter Account and Password on next window. If everything is fine, you will see your contacts
