Why did you create a project for the RELIEF experiments?

We needed a means of coordinating a small team of individuals - both onsite and remote - to be focused on the RELIEF experiments being held at Camp Roberts. The existing infrastructure at Sourceforge did not support this. The decision was made to create a bzr branch and use a bug tracker especially for these short bursts of activity, without directly impacting on the broader community. Launchpad appeared to be the most appropriate solution, and we made it fit in with the existing Sahana master project on LP, and alongside SahanaPy and the New Zealand Sahana Cluster.
