Install fails when searching for TurboGears2

I'm receiving this message when installing rpghelper:

Searching for TurboGears2

Couldn't find index page for 'TurboGears2' (maybe misspelled?)

No local packages or download links found for TurboGears2
error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('TurboGears2')

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04.1

TG2 isn't released yet. Thus, the installer can't find it.

You have to install TG2 first, using the directions found on http://turbogears.org/2.0/docs/main/DownloadInstall.html. I highly recommend a tg2 virtualenv.
