Hi Kaihsu Tai, sorry for the late response.

This one is a tricky one. There is no ISO 639-1 or 639-2 code for this one, only an ISO 639-3 code "nan", which you're already using. I've added a language with the title 'Min Nan Chinese', because that's what SIL names it: http://www.sil.org/iso639-3/documentation.asp?id=nan

Please provide plural form and countries it's spoken in as requested by https://translations.launchpad.net/+languages/nan

I've also appointed this team to Min Nan Ubuntu translations, as can be seen at https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/+groups/ubuntu-translators
