a question about using tcp+IPv6 Compression

Hello Didier:

           I am back to ask for some help from you , thanks first!

          I build the rohc test scenario using O mode and TCP+IPv6 profile : two nodes(A and B), then using Xlight ftp software to transmit a file from A to B, I discovery if the file size is less than 24kbytes（approximately）， the file success from A to B; if the file size is more than 24kbytes ，transmits some packets then be transmission state a long long time ，in fact the file is not succeed from A to B.

       I want to know you meet this question or not, and how to resolve this question.

Hello,

The TCP profile is not as robust as the other profiles. So, you were probably hit by a bug in the TCP profile.

Several people reported problems with the TCP profile in the last few weeks. In consequence, I made 26 changes on the TCP profile during the last month. So, please test again with latest sources (revision 1085 or later) and tell me if you still encounter problems.

If you still get the problem, if possible, please provide me a network capture of the traffic that caused the problem. I solve problems much much quicker when there is a reproducible test case.

      I want to know if I only update the TCP profile code and the other profiles used the old versions，it is ok or must update all profiles using the same versions, thanks.

   These days I test using the TCP profile again to discovery the system halted, I will using the new tcp code(revision 1085 ) again.

I don't know. I only test the full code with all profiles at the same revision of the main branch. Maybe it works, maybe not.

     Thanks.
     These are success of using Xlight ftp software to transmit a file from A(B) to B(A), the file size is unlimited for rohc code revision 1085 or 847 or others. I find the reason is my network interface module have bugs.
