can not find rohctunnel test

I just compiled ROHC 1.6.1 and i can not find rohctunnel described in http://rohc-lib.org/wiki/doku.php?id=rohc-tunnel.

Hello,

Did you add the --enable-app-tunnel to the ./configure script? It is needed to build the ROHC over UDP tunnel application.
