Does the current version support IPv6 hop-by-hop options headers?

Does the current ROHC library support compression of the IPv6 hop-by-hop options header?

Or does the answer depend on what type of information is inside the header?

For our purposes it is not necessary that any compression is applied on the hop-by-hop options header, but it would be nice if the trailing UDP and RTP headers would be considered for compression along with the IPv6 header.

Yes.

The compression efficiency depends on the way the content of the
hop-by-hop header change between the packets of the same stream.
If it does not change, it is fully transmitted L = 5 times, then it is not
transmitted anymore (until it changes again).
