How can I sort playlist entries (by name, by album, etc.) in Rhythmbox's playlist?

I think you can't at the moment. Take a look here:

You can reorder your entries by dragging, and you can also drag whole albums and artists to a playlist.

There are some other music players, e.g. Amarok.
