Installing retext 4.0 in 12.04

Hi,

Is there a way to install retext 4.0 in ubuntu 12.04 using your ppa? I would like to try the per directory configuration.

ReText 4 is not available in my main PPA because it requires python3 which is not installed by default on 12.04, but I've just uploaded that version to ppa:mitya57/retext-beta (will be available in 1 hour).

Note that there is unstable version of python-markups in that PPA, that has SmartyPants (http://web.chad.org/projects/smartypants.py/#description) included and turned on by default, that is experimental feature and does not yet work well (but I'll be happy if you test it and provide your feedback).
