unable to detect WLAN card after installing ubuntu

i hv already installed ubuntu to replace linpus lite for my acer aspire one. but the ubuntu fails to detect the WLan card.
wanna ask How to install the driver for the WLAN card.and the model is ATHERO 802.11. thx
