didn't install addon, now adding applet to panel doesn't work

I didn't install the addon.
Then, I run the first and second commands.
wish: it would say there was an error and go back to the initial state.
Then, I tried to add the applet to the panel.
Then, the panel found a problem on loading "OAFIID:GNOME_RescueTimeDurationApplet".
wish: it would allow uninstallation, so that I could try installation again.
Is there anything that I can do now?
