Remote Help Assistant

No request from assisted PC

Hi,

After installing http://launchpad.net/remote-help-assistant/trunk/0.1.1/+download/remote-help-assistant_0.1.1-1_all.deb, i do

- Share access to this PC (default)
- Forward
- Enter the ip of control PC
- Forward

From this point on no i only see 4/7 'Waiting please', no network activity toward control PC

This is my conditions:
- assisted PC: the PC that will share desktop (who need help)
- control PC: the PC that will control the remote desktop (who give assistance)
- assisted PC is behind an ADSL nat so does not access directly on Internet
- control PC can is exposed on Internet directly
- From assisted PC i can ping without any problem the control PC

When you had that problem with the assisted PC, was Remote Help Assistant also running on the control PC as it should and what message had you on it?
