This program works great.

Is there a way it could be modified so I could connect the same computers all of the time without asking the questions?
 (maybe take out the forward buttons)

Example:

I have this running on my home desktop as the server, the I go to work, and run this program as a client.

I'm using this to control my ham radio.

I'm glad you like the program, but I'm afraid it's not right for your use case. The remote help assistant will always ask for permission from the user that will be sharing a desktop, because the alternative would be a security issue.

I suggest you read https://help.ubuntu.com/community/VNC - and especially the "Accessing your PC over the Internet" section - for a more appropriate solution to your problem. I actually helped write that page, so if the instructions there aren't clear, feel free to reply to this message with any questions you have.
