how to use relex

hi,
absolute beginner here. i couldn't find a .jar file of relex, so how do i use the "custom programming mode"?

This is more appropriately discussed on the mailing list.

To use relex, you have to download it, and go through its README file. That will tell you to download/compile/install 3-4 other packages first. Once you have everything built & installed, you can use the any of the shell scripts to parse sentences, if you just want to play around with it. But if you want to do more than just 'play' you will almost surely need to modify & adapt it for your own use.
