change setting at will independent of time or geo pos

i would like to change the color temp manually between day, night (and twilight)

is this possible?

Hi Victor, You can use the oneshot mode (-o or -O) to set the color temperature directly. Is this what you mean?

not really. i would like to make the change myself when it suites me, regardless of geographical position (so, time). in other words, to set it to day settings or night setting by typing a command myself in stead of automatically.

could you tell me how to do this? also, where could i look up what the right values are for color temperature?

There are no "right" values; use what works best for you. You should be able to use -O to set the temperature manually.
