I need to know whether it is possible to make the same note show up in multiple places with tags?

I also need to know whether it is possible to search tags when looking for something and that the search results will show all the places that the same note is located?

No, this is not how tags work. Tags let you mark different notes with the same tag.

Searching for a tag will give you all notes with that tag.
