spell check - linux mint 19

Hi, I've been using RedNotebook for years. Thanks for keeping it going! I think it's great!
I am using Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon. I am running RedNotebook 2.6.1. I've installed the python-enchant package and can see that the dictionary is in fact located at ~/.config/enchant/ but for some reason the spellcheck option is grayed out.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Jared

For spell checking you need the python3-enchant package (note the "3").
