v. 2.6.1 problem running on Windows 10

I can't get version 2.6.1 to work at all on my laptop (64 bit, Win 10). Basically nothing visibly happens. If I run the task manager, the program is listed under background processes.
Version 1.15 works perfectly, however.

Can you please paste the contents of
C:\users\<username>\.rednotebook\rednotebook.log after trying to launch
the program?

Just before your email I uninstalled v1.15 and reinstalled v 2.6.1 and it is now working. Perhaps the mistake I made originally was that I didn't uninstall 1.15 before installing the later version?
