Change right hand side tag-pane in todo-list
I am a daily user of rednotebook for a couple of years. I use it to take my daily notes.
Recently I also have a need for a todo-list. Currently I keep this in a different program. What would work great for me is if the right-hand side tag-pane would be a simple text box, that doesn't change with the day.
I found a tutorial that shows how to use tags, but this still leaves all the todo-items with that single day.
what would work for me is a simple text box (like the main window), on the right side, but make it permanent.
I would use the main window for the notes for that day, and the right hand side for the overall long term todo-list.
Is it possible to make this a feature?

RedNotebook tries to stay simple and focused on journalling. I think
it's best to use an external program for keeping TODOs.

Hi Jendrik,
Have you had any more requests like this?
I have not been able to find a nice external program to use on the side.
I would really love to have this functionality in RedNotebook.
It can be a simple as just the textfield.
Do you have any suggestion how I could get this available?
Thanks very much,
Hans
