Unable to install Ver.2.3

At the end of the install I get a warning [win32/Trojan 3c2. Followed by the following:

Internalerror: CallSpawnServer: Unexpected Response: $0

The "Trojan" part of the message sounds like your antivirus program
detected something odd. Disabling the antivirus program for the
installation could help, but of course this is not the safest option.
