save in local directory

I want to know that whether the notebook will store the journal data at some cloud or upload something to somewhere automatically? I set nothing, and I just want to store my data at local directory. What should i do?

RedNotebook stores files only locally. Nothing is uploaded.

However, you can save your journal e.g. in a Dropbox folder and have it
backed up and synchronized in the cloud.
