Feature request: simultaneous preview and edit modes

I use RedNotebook daily as a "research" notebook. And many of my notes contain lots of LaTeX math-mode equations. It would be _really great_ to have an edit window and preview window open simultaneously with a keyboard shortcut to update the preview window.

Basically, I often reflect on contents while I'm writing my thoughts and it's hard to see the equation through the LaTeX source.

That said: RedNotebook is a wonderful tool. Changed my workflow for the better, no doubt!!

Interesting idea, but this would require a lot of new code. Also, the
current design is obviously more space-efficient.

Can you help with this problem?
