Cannot install on Xubuntu 17.04

Cannot install RedNotebook on Xubuntu 17.04 from Stable PPA - when I attempt to choose RNB to install - in Synaptic appear error window:

"Depend: python-yaml but it is not install
 Depend: python-webkit but it is not installable
 Recommend: python-chardet but it is not install"

What must I do to install RedNotebook ?

I am working on a new version that doesn't need python-webkit. You could
try the pre-release version from the daily builds PPA.

Can you help with this problem?
