Synchronization between Windows and Portable?

Hello!
I have installed the RedNotebook onto my computer under the Windows 8.1 and also I have installed the Portable version from the Web site PortableApps onto my USB Drive. The version for Windows I use for my home work and the Portable version I use at my working place in the office. Is it possible to synchronize all my journals between these two versions? How can I do that? Are there any step-by-step instructions?

I recommend using a servioce like dropbox for synchronization. See also
the help document (Ctrl+H).
