use of 2 different files and how add pic

I like to have 2 separate files in your notebook and I don't know how to do that

one has to be named; Diary about Sky

and one has to be named; Diary about Damian

(from two different families

Next question is; how I could insert pictures in each of those diaries

Starting a new journal: "Journal -> New"

Changing journal name: "Journal -> Save As"

Insert pictures via "Insert -> Picture"
