Spell check / Idiom menu

So when I right-click a word It says Surgencias and below it says Idiomas. Why isn't it in English? Did I somehow accidentally download a partial spanish version? The words themselves are English suggestions, but the headings are in spanish. I can provide a screenshot.

are working on fixing it:
