Link to a date and insert gifs

Is there a way to link to a specific day in the Notebook? For example I want to comment to an older post.

And is there a way to insert gifs so that they are played inside the software?

Thank you and I really love this software...I use it daily and I'm hoping to see more features coming in the future. (maybe plugins)

Linking other days is planned for a future release.

Inserting gifs works for me on Ubuntu. Have you used the preview button
to see the picture?
