Wiki style organization of text files without a specific date.

Asked by Jian Cheng

Hi,

I am a newbie of rednotebook.
Rednotebook is very good for diary entries where each text file (e.g. 2015-12.txt) has a specific date. Thanks very much!

I wonder if we can use rednotebook for wiki style organization of text files, where each text file is related with a topic (e.g. programming.txt), and the file could be related with different dates.
A workaround which I am currently using is to use a tag (e.g. #programming) for a specific diary entry (e.g. 2015-12-25).
But I wonder whether a good support for wiki style of organization can be considered in rednotebook. Thanks.

best,
Jian

Thanks for your suggestion. I try to keep RedNotebook simple, so it aims
to be "just" a journalling application. If you want real wiki-based
editing, I suggest to use a wiki-based editor in addition to or instead
of RedNotebook. Of course your solution with tags should also work.

Can you help with this problem?
