Maybe possible to make a dark theme/background like in Sublime?

Asked by birnenwerfer

Hi,

is it possible to implement a dark theme/background?
Would be nice to use it with a dark background like the one in sublime-text editor or atom-editor.
The eyes are getting tired when I use it in a darker environment. I also use f.lux indicator for dimming the temperature of the screen, but a darker background is almost more comfortable like the one in sublime ;-)

Thanks and regards!

It should be possible to do this by changing some GTK configuration
files (in the RedNotebook installation folder), but I don't know how
exactly.

Other option could be to use the configured background color in Windows, for example you set a light grey color on Windows Control Panel and in e.g. Notepad you get light grey background and black text, not so stressing for the eye.
But RedNotebook's background is white regardless of that setting

Can you help with this problem?
