replacing tags pane with inline tags

Asked by breakdown

I've started making good use of subtags in the tags pane. Now I've read that you plan to replace this pane with inline #tags.
What's the recommended way to achieve similar behaviour to the subtags in the tags pane? i.e. When I search for a #tag I get a list in this format:

YYYY-MM-DD | subtagX
YYYY-MM-DD | subtagY

This is great! But looking forward, I'd like to get the same without the tags pane (as it is obsolete now).

As of now there are still some things that you can only do with the
right pane tags. This is supposed to change before we remove the right
tag panel.

Thanks for the quick answer. Is it ok to keep using the right tag panel? Or would I have to re-tag all those entries with in-line tags in future?

Thank you for RNB

Once we make the transition, the right-panel tags will be automatically
converted to hashtags (with subhashtags).
