Drag and Drop of tags and words

Consider implementing Drag and drop to save some time with tags.
So, I can drag a tag or word from the left panel to the right panel and it appears there without writing down. With many notes with repetitive tags (example: #idea, #book, #to-do, etc) I can take one and drop it)

Well, the right pane is supposed to go away soon and all its
functionality is supposed to be moved into the hashtags.

Without the right pane, drag and drop is not useful anymore. You can then simply use copy-paste.

Okay!

As i see, right now DnD is already supported, but there are 2 different outcomes:

1. If a hashtag on the left panel (called #fix) is not selected then DnD to edit window creates this:

[1 ""file:///search/1""]

2. If it is selected, then DnD results in

[#fix ""#fix""]

Is it the desired behaviour?

Interesting. I don't think we need to fix this, but feel free to work on
it if you want.
