Hidden tag/word list loaded from file

Hi,

I use rednotebook on several computers (Win, mac and ubuntu) by storing the journal directory in a dropbox folder. It would be great if the list of terms to exclude from the cloud could be loaded from a file, instead of explicitly specified under "Options". This would save the extra work of needing to specify (and update) that list on every computer manually.

Just a feature suggestion. Thanks for your work, it's an excellent program!

I have already thought about adding per-journal configurations in the
journal directory. These would be synced automatically with the rest of
the journal. Would be nice to have, but isn't a top priority at the moment.

Can you help with this problem?
