Want to link to another entry

In an entry I can make links to www and to files & folders on my computer. But how can I link to an entry of another day? In my opinion, this is very important for a journal, which kind of use ever...

As I see, every entry's date would be set automatically - maybe it could automatically set an anchor or id (i.e. 08032014 or 20140308 vor 8. Mar 2014), so it's unique and easy to know :) And it could be linked.

Oh, and of course this must run on html-export, too!
btw, a list of content - very nice would be in form as a calender-month :) - within the html-export would be very very good :)

Can anyone help me? Is it possible, for if its not running by now (as I think), to make it running in later versions?

Und falls mir jemand auf deutsch antworten kann, habe ich gar nichts dagegen ;)
