I can't use edit mode properly

It's not working.

when I started RNB I could write, but after got into preview mode and come back to edit mode again,

I can't input anything, It's just a grey screen. and there is all blocked Korean letters in the preview mode.

Also, left side of the RNB that cloud section is also all Korean letters blocked.

How can I fix this?

Im using Korean Windows 7

The blocked letters are a known issue and will likely remain so under
Windows for the foreseeable future.
