Journal is Always Saved in Home Folder

Asked by Ryan

Hi, everyone.

I'm trying to get RedNotebook to save my journal in a folder on a flash drive. However, the program always saves the journal in my home folder, even right after creating or opening a journal on the flash drive.

Can anybody tell my what to do?

Thanks,
Ryan

Which version are you using? Native RedNotebook? PortableApps Version or WinPenPack Version?

Also, which operating system do you use. And which RedNotebook version?

I'm using Linux Mint as my OS. I'm using the version from the repositoires. I think that's the native version.

Thanks,
Ryan

You should add the PPA and get the latest version.

Thanks, I've just encountered the same problem (with version 1.4.0 in Ubuntu). Upgrading to 1.6.6 from the PPA solved it.

Can you help with this problem?
