Can Red Notebook handle an Issue journal/diary?

Can I create a journal of issues that would list each issue. An example might be if you were having a problem with a credit card company. Under the Issue you would be able to log conversations, emails, attachments, etc as you worked the issue out with the credit card company.

If Red Notebook can handle this type of a journal, how do I perform or setup this journal.

You just open RedNotebook and write down the actions you take on the
respective dates. You can navigate between days with the calendar in the
top left.
